Mrs. Elizabeth Anne Finney, 83, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021. Mrs. Finney was born January 21, 1938 in Salem, Massachusetts. She was a resident of Middleburg for the past 12 years. Together with her husband, they had two children and raised them in Albany, New York. Her husband, Bernard Finney, and son Mark Vincent Finney, preceded her in death.Her daughter, Deborah Anne Jeffers of Middleburg, survives her. There will be no services held at this time.
