Elizabeth Ann Hackett Dunkley Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Hackett Dunkley, 76, died Saturday, July 20, 2013 at her home in Jacksonville. She was born July 22, 1936 in Jacksonville. Raised in Jacksonville she was a retired Assistant Administrator from Community First Credit Union. She was a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School in 1954 and also of Jacksonville Junior College now Jacksonville University. Mrs. Dunkley was a member of South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church, a member of the Chancel Choir, a Charter member of the Hand Bell Choir and Choir Librarian with husband David. She was a member of the Heritage Singers of Jacksonville. She was predeceased by her parents, David S. Hackett, Sr. and Anona B. Hackett, and a twin sister, Viola Hackett. Survivors include her husband, David Andrew Dunkley, Sr. to whom she was a loving wife for 56 years on July 19, 2013; two sons, David A. Dunkley, Jr. and Daniel W. (Sonja) Dunkley all of Jacksonville; a brother David S. Hackett, Jr. of Orange Park; 6 grandchildren, Todd (Bridgette), Troy, Trey, Tyler, Jameson and Colby; a great-grandson, Dylan; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church, Music Fund, The Heritage Singers of Jacksonville, 2137 Hendricks Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32207-3389. A memorial service will be held in South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church, at 4:00P.M. Sunday, August 11, 2013, with Dr. Robert S. Smith officiating.
