Elizabeth Williams Farmer, age 90 passed away on April 3rd, 2016 in Gainesville,Florida. To her friends she was "Liz", always good for a laugh. To herfamily, she was the best "Mimi" we could have asked for.Elizabeth was preceded in death by her loving husband James. She issurvived by her three children: Jeanette, James Jr. (Mary), and David; her eightgrandchildren: Nicki, David, Jason, Jamie, Virgil, Shannon, Kyle, andRachel; and her 17 great-grandchildren.Elizabeth was devoted to her family and to God. All who loved her findhappiness that she is now home in Heaven with James.Funeral Services will be held 6:30 pm on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Forest Meadows Funeral Home Chapel on 23rd Ave.in Gainesville with Rev. Harry Holloman officiating. Visitation will be held before services from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Interment will take place at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola on Monday April 11, 2016 at 10:15am.
