Elizabeth M. Roepe, 84 of Gainesville, FL passed away on Monday Feb. 1, 2016 at North FL Regional Medical Center with her family by her side. Elizabeth was born in Glens Falls, NY and moved to this area in 1965 from Columbia SC. She is a retired department manager for Sears and Roebuck. Elizabeth is a member of Oak Park Baptist Church. She is survived by her 6 children - Edward S. Roepe, II of Dunwoody, GA, Suzanne L. Carver of Jacksonville, FL, Rebecca L. Bachusz of Jacksonville, FL, Carl W. Roepe of Gainesville FL, Justin C. Roepe of Dacula, GA, Janice C. Benefield of Havana, FL, brother- Karl C. Soderberg of Ft. Myers, FL, 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. The family will be holding a graveside service on Thursday, Feb 4, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Forest Meadows Memorial Park Central 4100 NW 39th Ave, all are welcome to attend and celebrate with the family.
