Ella Nora Hogg Funeral services for Ella Nora Hogg, 81, who died October 18, 2011, will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM from the graveside in Evergreen Cemetery (Gate #6) with Rev. Perry Fruscella officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service at the graveside. Mrs. Hogg was a native of Jacksonville, Florida and most recently she resided in Middleburg, Florida. She had owned the restaurant called The Captains Table and was a member of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Randolph Hogg; 2 sons, Elbert Lowell Minshew and Michael Joseph Hilchey; Survivors include her daughter, Fay E. Barnes; Son, Owen Jesse Hilchey (Sandi); Sisters, Nellie Harrell, Audrey Sister Livingston (Perry), and Jean Solomon (Kenneth); 8 grandchildren, Capt. Robbie Barnes, Sharlotte Boote, Capt.
