Mrs. Ellen Helms Broome age 86, of Keystone Heights Passed away Monday, October 13, 2014 at E.T. York Hospice Care center in Gainesville. Mrs. Broome was born on October 16, 1927 in Quincy, Florida to the late Grady and Cummie (Rodgers) Helms. She was a homemaker and member of Keystone United Methodist Church. Preceding her in death was her husband of 57 years Ronald Heath Broome. Survivors are: sons: Glenn Broome of Keystone Heights, Larry Broome (Maryann) of Keystone Heights, and Ken Broome (Victoria) of Tampa, brother: Wayne Helm of Chattahoochee, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 4:00 PM in the Keystone United Methodist Church, 4004 SE State Road 21 in Keystone Heights.
