Elsie Roberta O'Briant Haltiwanger Elsie Roberta OBriant Haltiwanger, age 84, daughter of Samuel and Lula OBriant, passed away peacefully on March 11th, 2013. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Dennie C. Haltiwanger, sons David and Wayne Haltiwanger, daughter Sherri Haltiwanger Golden, grandsons Spencer and Tyler Golden, sister Polly McDonald, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins that all loved her dearly. In addition to her family she had a longtime career with the JC Penney Company opening the Regency Square store, and was an active member of Mayfair Baptist Church for many years. The family will receive friends from 6-9pm on Wednesday March 13th with Service on March 14th at 1pm in the chapel of George H.
