Elwood L. Browning

Elwood L. Browning, born May 18, 1929; surrounded by his loving family died peacefully following a brief illness on April 16, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and the loves of his life, his wife Reba S. Browning and son, Bruce M. Browning. He leaves behind a son, Michael (Pennie) McGuire, a daughter Patti McGuire King and daughter in law, Teri (Bob) Nicklin, four grandsons, Scott (Meghan) King, Eric (Holly) King, Jason (Carrie) King and Major Spence McGuire USAF, Ret. (Carol) as well as 7 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held to honor his memory at George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd., S., Jacksonville, FL 32216 on April 26, 2016 at 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to LArche Harbor House 700 Arlington Rd., N. Jacksonville, FL 32211. Arrangements are under the direction of George H.
