Emily Mildred Dyer, at rest with her Lord and Savior she passed on Sunday Feb. 3 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by her mother, Mildred (Fuqua) Patrick and her Step-mother, Nellie (Cordray) Dyer and a daughter, LISA. She is survived by her father, Theodore M. Dyer, three children, Kenneth, Michael (Rebecca) and Kyla (Mikey), 8 Grandchildren, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Emily was loved by all and had a sweet and loving sprit. A Memorial service will be held on February 23, 2019 at Franklin Street Baptist Church, 2521 Franklin St, Jacksonville, FL 32206 at 11:00AM.
