Emma Marie Smith

Emma Marie Smith, 82, went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 16th, 2021 in Jacksonville, Florida.She was born July 14,1938 in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated high-school in 1957. Emma lived life to the fullest through her children, grandchildren and her closest friends and church family. She was actively involved in childrens ministry as a life-long passion, as well as leading in local PTA and school activities. She considered working with children to be one of her greatest joys.She is preceeded in death by her husband of 61 years, Donald C. Smith. She is survived by her son, Leigh Smith, her granddaughters, Amelia and Emma Smith, her son Brian, (Cheryl) Smith her grandson, Dillon (Madeline) Smith and granddaughter, Riley Smith, sister, Nellie Snow and nephew, Christopher (Jill) Snow.Funeral arrangements are under the direction of George H.
