Emojean Sanders

Mrs. Emojean "Granny" Sanders, age 84, of Keystone Heights passed away at her home Tuesday, July 4, 2017. She was born in Camilla, Georgia on January 9, 1933 to the late Zachariah and Lillie (Gray) Worsham, and moved to Keystone Heights in 1986. Mrs. Sanders was a member of First Baptist Church and she enjoyed cooking, sewing, shopping but mostly spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Jack "Granboy" Sanders; a grandson, Eric Roloph and a daughter-in-law, Laura Sanders. Her survivors are her three children; Deborah Roloph (Mitchel) of Pensacola, Jackie Cory (Randy) of Keystone Heights and Allen Sanders, II (Christine) of Tampa. She was also Granny to ten grandchildren; Mitchell Roloph, Elayne McWethy, Brian Wester, Angela Givens, Shannon Kirkland, Travis, Brooke, Austin, Cole and Dakota Sanders; thirteen great grandchildren, Caitlin, Michael, Alex, Morgan, Bryson, Brayden, JR, Jeremy, Kaylee, Logan, Brielle, Quinton, and Kase and five great-great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kolter, Coltyn, Layton, Lyla. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church with Pastor Daniel Findley officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Keystone Heights Cemetery.
