Mrs. Ercelle (Kemper) Collier, age 84, of St. Augustine, formerly of Colee Cove died Sunday, November 21, 2010 at her home.Born on March 20, 1926 in Grayson, KY, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Ollie Marie (Horne) Kemper. In her younger years she was employed as an office secretary and was a member of Wards Creek Church.Mrs. Collier was pre-deceased by her husband; John Clarence Collier and her great grandchild; Jamie Ramage.She is survived by her daughter; Johnna Ramage and her son; Joe Collier and his wife Carol all of St. Augustine. Three grandchildren; Shaunna Taylor, Chris Ramage and Bill Ramage all of St. Augustine. Three great grandchildren; Johnna Lynn Ramage, Delaney Ramage & Justin Ramage. Her brother; Bob Kemper of St. Augustine and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 24, 2010 at 2 oclock at the HELM-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, SR 16, Green Cove Springs. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Tuesday evening, Nov. 23, 2010 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
