Ms. Ermadel Hough, 88 of Penney Farms died Monday May 24, 2010. Ms. Hough was born on February 10, 1922 to the late Wayland H. Floyd and Margaret Jordan and had a career teaching at the University of San Antonio, TX, moving later to Penney Farms.
