Mrs. Eva Durban Shuford age 103, of Lawtey passed away Monday, April 7, 2014 at Shands Starke. She was born on January 26, 1911 in Lawtey to the late David and Emma Estell (Williams) Durban and was a lifelong area resident. Eva was a homemaker and the oldest living member of Grace United Methodist Church in Lawtey. She enjoyed farming, gardening, and flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband George P. Shuford. Survivors are: daughter: Esther S. Hall (John) of Starke, sons: Glenn D. Shuford (Helen) and James P. Shuford (Betty) all of Lawtey. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday morning, April 10, 2014 at 11 oclock in Lawtey Cemetery.
