Evelyn Bernice (Tanner) Wiley Evelyn Bernice (Tanner) Wiley, 88, passed away Sunday October 30, 2011.She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jimmie O. Wiley and mother-in-law, Marie Rodriguez. Evelyn was born July 30, 1923, the daughter of the late Sally and Joshua Tanner, in Nassau County, FL and attended grade school in Bryceville, FL. She is survived by her sons and their wives, Gene E. Wiley & Bonnie and Frank E. Wiley & Karen. She is also survived by her father-in-law, F.J. Jim Rodriguez; grandsons, Joshua E. Wiley and Shawn R. Nabywaniec with wife, Renee and great grandson, Kyle. Evelyn attended Business school in Jacksonville, later passing the Real Estate Exam and entering the Real Estate profession. She was active in San Souci and Englewood Baptist Churches and formerly a member of the Lunch Bunch.As her sons, our Mom was the other half of the best parents a kid could have had. In Elementary School they were a part of everything. The funeral service, being presided over by Rev. Billy W. Jones of Englewood Baptist Church, will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday November 2, 2011 in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd., S. There will be an open viewing on Tuesday November 1, from 9am until 9 pm.
