Mrs. Alice Faye Regar age 57, of Starke passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2010 in Lake City. Mrs. Regar was born in Jacksonville on November 12, 1953 to the late Leslie and Viola Varnes Crews and was a lifelong area resident. Mrs. Regar was a Methodist, worked for Hardees for many years, and prior to her illness worked as a medical transportation driver. Survivors are: her husband of 38 years Ronald Ron Regar, Sr. of Starke; daughter: Angela Faye Regar of Starke; Sons: Ronald Regar, Jr.; Chad Regar both of Lake City; Michael Regar and Chuck Regar both of Starke; brothers: Leslie Junior Crews of Raiford; Fred Crews of Lake Butler; Leroy Crews of Macclenny; Stephen Crews of Gainesville; Johnny Crews of South Carolina; seven grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Douglas Cemetery Pavilion on Friday, December 10, 2010 from 12:00 noon to 1 Oclock. Funeral services with interment will follow at 1:00 PM.
