Faye Tanner Sivazlian

Faye Tanner Sivazlian, 84, of Willoughby Hills, OH, formerly of Gainesville, FL passed away on June 22, 2015 in her home in Willoughby Hills. She was born in Pleasant Hill OH on April 24, 1931 to Glen Tanner and Ruth (McClintock) Tanner. She is survived by her children Mark Sivazlian and Fimy Sivazlian Sahaida and three grandchildren. Faye lived in Gainesville for more than 25 years where she worked in the local school system both as a teacher and later as a school psychologist. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 9, 2015 at Forest Meadows Funeral Home 725 NW 23rd Ave, Gainesville FL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donation to a charity of choice in Mrs Sivazlian' s memory.
