Floyd Jackson Futch

Mr. Floyd Jackson Futch age 85, of Lawtey passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Futch was born May 6, 1932 in Macclenny to the late Ernest M. and Mamie (Harvey) Futch. He was a lifelong resident of Lawtey and served in the Florida National Guard. Prior to retirement he worked for E.I. DuPont as a Lab Analyst. His daughter, Cynthia Lee Barrattero, preceded him in death. Survivors are his wife of 57 years, M. Jeanette Futch of Lawtey; son, Michael J. Futch of Jacksonville; grandchildren, Bethany Wallace (Gary) of Lawtey, Matthew Elliott (Jordan) of Spanaway, WA, and Michael Elliott of Renton, WA; great grandchildren, Lyndsey Wallace, Tyler Wallace, Ryan Elliott, Karsyn Elliott, Levi Elliott, and Charley Elliott. Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 3, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel with Pastor Lester Austin officiating.
