Fountain Bryant Cone,

Fountain "Bryant" Cone, Jr. 76 of Gainesville, Fl., passed away on Tuesday, June 23rd at UF Health Shands. Bryant was born in Quitman, Ga., and was a lifelong resident of the Gainesville area. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, and camping with his family.Bryant is preceded in death by his parents- F.B. Cone, Sr. and Willie Mae Cone, brother- David Cone, son- Ray Cone, grandson- Stephen Cone. He is survived by his devoted wife of almost 58 years- Glenda Cone, son- Paul Cone (Linda Cone), daughters- Rosalinda Walker (Frank Walker), Donna Acker (Chris Acker), grandchildren- Dalton Cone, Desiree Cone, Rebecca Callahan, Robin Green, Cody Friese, Heather Lovell, Josh Walker, Dakota Acker, Cheyenne Acker, sisters- Betty Shaw (Robert Shaw), Linda Stinson (George Stinson), brother- Randy Cone (Nancy Cone).The family will be having a gathering at Forest Meadows Funeral Home on Friday, June 26th from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm and a celebration of life service starting at 6:00 pm.
