Jinks, Frances J., of Gainesville, 93, passed away on November 29th, 2013 at the Gainesville Health Care Center. She was born in Branch, Arkansas on November 18th, 1920. Frances retired as a social worker with the Salvation Army.Frances is survived by her children; Sue, Don, Debbie, Kristy.
