Mrs. Frances Evans Bailey Tallman, 90 of Keystone Heights died at her residence on Monday, Sept. 6, 2010. Mrs. Tallman was born in East Bangor, Pennsylvania on January 1, 1920. She was the daughter of the late Lewis and Helen Bailey. Mrs. Tallman was a homemaker. She was also a Lay Speaker for the Ogdensburg Presbyterian Church in New Jersey, an officer in the Eastern Star and a Girl Scout Leader. Prior to moving to Keystone Heights 3 years ago from Tallahassee, FL, Mrs. Tallman was a member of the John Wesley United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Roland Tallman. She is survived by her children, Joyce Wester of Keystone Heights, FL and David Ernest Tallman of Waipahu, HI, 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Hawaii. The family is asking that contributions be made to the Lake Area Ministries, P.O. Box 1385, Keystone Heights, FL 32656.
