She was an IRS Enrolled Agent since 1988 and a member of Northwest Baptist ChurchFrancine was predeceased by parents and younger brother, Marion LaRue Martin and is survived by her husband, Ralph O Youngstrom, of 60 years; daughters Rebecca (Ed) Lovely of Archer, Karen (Fred) Bullock of Tallahassee, and Ingrid (Jeff) James of Baton Rouge; brother Lamar (Brenda) Martin of Fort Worth, Texas, and seven grandchildren.Funeral service will be graveside at Forest Meadows Memorial Park West on 241 in Jonesville, FL on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 1:00pm.
