Frank Lee O'Steen Frank Lee OSteen, 73, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday August 10, 2013 at his home. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 13, 2013 in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd., S.Mr. OSteen was born in Jacksonville on April 27, 1940 and retired from Baptist Medical Center after 22 years. He was a huge fan of Florida Gator Football and was a member of the Gator Club of Jacksonville; he also enjoyed cooking and fishing and was a former member of the Offshore Fishing Club. Mr. OSteen loved animals and being around people. He was known to be a great storyteller. His greatest love was his family, who will miss him dearly. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Carolyn H. OSteen; his daughter, Carly OSteen; 3 grandchildren Robbie, Chloe & Jaxson; his sister in law, Barbara Martin and nephews & niece Aaron Hazouri, Jessica Read & Jacob Hazouri.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in his name to the Jacksonville Humane Society or to your favorite charity.Arrangements are under the direction of George H.
