O'STEEN: Funeral services for Frank Alvin O'Steen, 89, who passed away on January 12, 2023, will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM from the graveside in Jacksonville National Cemetery with Major (Ret.) David Robertson officiating. Mr. O'Steen was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was a Veteran having served in the United States Marine Corp. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and was a member of the Baptist faith. He was an A/C Mechanic by trade.
