Franklin J. Blankenship, 86, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 in High Springs, Florida. He was born in Huntington, West Virginia, on June 9, 1934 to Samuel and Bertha Blankenship. He is survived by his wife, Alta M. Blankenship; his son, Marvin W. Blankenship (Susan) of High Springs, Florida; and his daughter, Reba Mossman (Ray), of Kenova, West Virginia.
