Mr. Frederick J. Burton Jr., age 90, a resident of Penney Farms since 1996, formerly of Lakewood, OH, died Friday, February 4, 2011 at the Orange Park Medical Center.He was born on December 20, 1920 in Pittsburg, PA, the son of the late Frederick and Mary (Kimball) Burton. He was a graduate of Muskingum University in Muskingum, OH. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the U.S. Army Air Corp. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a Chemical Engineer. He is survived by his wife; Nina Betty (Kindig) Burton. Two children; James Arthur Burton of Olmstead, Falls, OH and Mary Wine of Fruit Cove. He is also survived by his brother; Willis Burton of New Philadelphia, OH, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday morning, February 8, 2011 at 10 oclock at the Penney Memorial Chapel, Penney Farms.
