Frederick Calvin WollitzFebruary 25, 1941 - March 11, 2025Frederick Calvin Wollitz (Calvin), 84 of Jacksonville, Florida went home to be with Lord and Savior on March 11, 2025.Calvin was born on February 25, 1941, to Aubrea and Frederick Wollitz. Calvin worked for and retired from the Federal Aviation Administration. He had a deep love for Jesus and his Family.Calvin would do anything for anyone and always had a kind word to say. Although he was not a man of many words when he did speak, he had the best one liner. He loved spending time with his family, extended family and friends. Calvin loved flying and working on Remote Control (RC) model planes and built a business off of that love where he was well known in that community and throughout the world for his electronic work. He also loved old cars and working on old cars, especially his 55 Belvidere. Calvin also enjoyed fishing, waterskiing and good food.Calvin was preceded in his death by his parents and his sister Pat Shoemake. Calvin is survived by his wife of 62 years Mary Jo Wollitz, his 2 children Peggy Beach (Richard), Roger Wollitz (Christine). Grandchildren Casey Beach (Victoria), Austin Wollitz (Allison), Tyler Beach, AJ Wollitz. Great Grandchildren Jason Wollitz, Deacon Beach, Carson Beach as well as extended family and friends.A celebration of life will be held on April 26, 2025, at 1pm in Keystone Heights, Florida.
