Mrs. Frieda Messer Conger age 93, of Keystone Heights passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka. Frieda was born on February 28, 1922 in Frankfurt, Germany to the late Peter and Elsa (Will) Messer and moved to Keystone Heights in 1983 from Columbus, GA. She was a Lutheran, a homemaker, and an accomplished seamstress. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Lottie Arnold "L.A." Conger. Survivors are: her daughter, Brigitte Loftis of Lillington, NC, her son, Albercht Conger of Keystone Heights, three grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
