Gabriel Manati

Gabriel Manati, age 10, passed away on August 26, 2026, alongside his brothers, Damiano and Amel, following a tragic house fire.

Born on March 2, 2016, in Albania, Gabriel was a sweet, intelligent, and loving young boy with a bright future ahead of him. A wonderful student who consistently earned A's, Gabriel especially loved science. Like his twin brother, Damiano, he dreamed of becoming a doctor one day.

Gabriel and Damiano were identical twins, but more importantly, they were best friends. Gabriel was deeply attached to his brother, and the two were rarely far from one another. They grew up sharing the same interests, activities, and dreams, and their bond was something truly special.

Gabriel loved gaming, swimming, sweets, and rainbows. He and Damiano enjoyed spending time together doing just about everything, whether they were playing games, swimming, laughing, or simply being brothers. Gabriel was also very close to his mother, Albana, and was proudly a mama's boy. She lovingly called him "Billi," a special nickname that will forever hold a place in her heart.

Those who knew Gabriel will remember a smart and caring child who worked hard in school, loved his family, and found so much happiness in simply being alongside the people he loved most.

Gabriel is survived by his loving parents, Gentian and Albana Manati; his brothers, Gerald, age 9, and Bledar, two months old; and many extended family members and friends who loved him deeply.

Gabriel's life was far too short, but the love he gave and the memories he created will remain with his family forever. He will be remembered for his intelligence, his sweetness, his curiosity, and the extraordinary bond he shared with his twin brother.

A visitation for Gabriel and his brothers will be held from 6:30p.m. to 8:30p.m., Thursday, September 3, 2026, at San Jose Catholic Church, 3619 Toledo Rd., Jax. FL 32217.

Burial will take place on Friday. Cemetery and burial details will be published in the coming days as arrangements are finalized.
