Gail Cheryl Foster Kintner, 76, of High Springs, Florida, passed away on December 22, 2024. Gail was born in Hackensack, New Jersey on July 31, 1948 to Howard Frederick Sr and Lucille Helen (Rosenhagen) Foster. Gail was divorced from David Allen Kintner after 13 years of marriage.Gail graduated from Northeast High School where she received a high school diploma. She enjoyed horses, dancing, music, drinking lemon water, and spending time with family and friends. She was actively involved in everybodys life.Gail is survived by her daughter, Heather Harrell (Buck); son, Kyle Kintner; grandchildren, Julianna Harrell, Colton Kintner, Gaston Kintner and Jaxon Harrell; adopted grandchildren, Jeffrey Braun and James Carter; brother, Howard Foster III and sister-in-law Lynn Foster; sisters, Barbara Flannery and Susan Mincey, brother-in-law Al Mincey or as she said Big Al.She called her nieces and nephews her second children and their kids her grandkids. She adopted all of the Minceys and many others as her own.She was loved by all whether you called her sister, mother, second mom, Aunt Gail, Grandma Gail, GiGi, or friend. She called her friends family and treated them like they were. Everyone looked forward to a visit, a call, a letter, a postcard, or a famous picture from Grandma Gail.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Heather Harrell or Kyle Kintner at 502 SW Bobcat Dr, Fort White, Florida 32038.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2024 at Evans Carter Funeral Home. The visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. A reception will follow the memorial service at the Lions Club in High Springs at 26900 W U.S. Hwy 27.
