Mr. Ragsdale was born on June 22, 1924 in Hiram, GA to the late Garrett & Georgia (Pearson) Ragsdale. In 1978, Mr. Ragsdale moved to the Keystone Heights area from Panama City and was a retired Aviation Machinist for the United States Navy. While living in Keystone Heights Mr. Ragsdale also was employed part time by the Ace True Value hardware store. His survivors include: Lois Tyler of Keystone Heights, Brenda Roberts, Martha Muntean, and Mona McLaughlin all of Atlanta, GA, and Jerry Lee Ragsdale of Orlando.
