Gerry Reginald Johnson

Mr. Gerry Reginald Johnson age 65, of Melrose passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at the VA Hospital in Gainesville. He was born on April 7, 1952 in Tampa to the late Dolphus and Rosalee Johnson. Gerry was a veteran of the US Army and served two tours in Vietnam. He has resided in Melrose for the last 13 years having moved here from Lakeland. Gerry is survived by his twin sons, Dillan and Devan Tatum of Melrose; grandson, Destin Harnage of Melrose; brother, Linton Williams of Mulberry, Florida; along with numerous family members and friends. The family will receive friends at the Eliam Baptist Church on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 beginning at 10:15 a.m. with funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Rev.
