Mrs. Gloria Elizabeth Johns GlinesMrs. Gloria Elizabeth Johns Glines age 89, of Jacksonville passed away Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Westminster Woods Assisted Living Facility. Mrs. Glines was born on September 19, 1921 in Starke to the late Everett Markley and Thelma Elizabeth Griffin Johns and moved to Jacksonville in 1937 from Starke. She retired from the Duval County Health Department and was a member of Swiss Cove Christian Baptist Church. Mrs. Glines was preceded in death by her husband Rankin Summers Glines. Survivors are her caregiver and friend Vickie Elmore and several cousins. A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2011 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM with a graveside funeral service beginning at 1 oclock in Crosby Lake Cemetery.
