Gloria Elizabeth Rhoden

Ms. Gloria Elizabeth Rhoden age 63, of Hampton passed away at Shands UF in Gainesville on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. She was born in Bradford County on March 29, 1953 and had been a lifelong resident of the area. Gloria was a diehard Elvis fan and she devoted her life to taking care of her mother and father. Her parents, Leroy Robert and Ella Mae (Lamoree) Rhoden had preceded her in death, along with two brothers, Irvin and William Rhoden. Survivors are her siblings: Earl Rhoden (Betty) of Starke, Ronald Rhoden (June) of Monticello, Kentucky, Donna Davie (Richard) of Keystone Heights, Raymond Rhoden (Mary Ann) of Starke, Sheila Stanley (Romey) of Keystone Heights, and Larry Rhoden (Cheryl) of Binghamton, New York. Also left behind are her nieces and nephews: James, Jennifer, Edward, Roy, Michael, Rhonda, Janice, Daniel, Adam, Raymond Jr., Matilda, Jonathan, Andrew, Michelle, Chrissy, Ella, and Stacy Elaine in addition to numerous family and friends. The family will receive friends at the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel on Friday, January 27, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with funeral services beginning at 11 oclock with Pastor Jason Stephens officiating.
