Funeral services for Gordon R. Fowler, 67, who passed away on April 14, 2015, will be held Saturday at 10:00AM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 with Pastor Bob Christmas officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Fowler was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, moved to Jacksonville at the age of 15 retiring in Lake City, FL. He was a Cable Splicer having retired from Florida Power and Light. He was a member of Sanderson Baptist Church.
