Mrs. Grace Hazen Ritch, age 96, of Dahlonega, GA died Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Tanglewood Personal Care Home in Lumpkin County, Georgia. Grace was born in Brooker, Florida on February 13, 1918 to the late Thomas Clifford Hazen and Marvin Conner Hazen. She had lived in Lumpkin County since I99l but lived in Starke, Florida most of her life. She retired from the Bradford County, Florida School System in 1983 after 35 years of dedicated service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlyle Peek Ritch and brothers, Cliff and Dan Hazen.Grace is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Cathy Ritch, Dahlonega, Georgia; daughter and son-in-law, Martha Susan and Buddy Clark of Green Cove Springs, Florida; sister, Madeline Andrews of Orlando, Florida; 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous relatives.Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 1:00 pm, at Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home in Starke, Florida.
