Ms. Haley Frances Forsyth, age 17, of Starke, died Saturday, July 24th, from injuries received in an automobile accident. Born in Gainesville, FL. on Oct. 22,1992, She was a student and a member of the Starke First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her Mother, Mrs. Carmen Eaves Forsyth of Starke; Father, Francis Kelly Forsyth of Starke, Sisters, Jennifer Forsyth of Orlando, FL., Carrie F. Andrews of Raiford, FL., Kim & Baley Forsyth, both of Starke, FL.; Brother, Colt Forsyth of Keystone Heights, FL., and her Maternal Grandmother, Mrs. Carolyn E. Eaves of Starke, FL.
