A graveside service for Harold Emmett Best will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 9:30AM in the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road Jacksonville, FL 32218. Harold is survived by his wife Pennylee Best, two daughters; Tammy Best Vieira and her husband Derek; Theresa Best Wunschel. A brother Larry Best and a sister in law Brenda Best, nine grandchildren; Alora, Ashley, Billy, Kate-Lynne, Bethanie, Samantha, Jenna, Dylan, Logan and fourteen great grandchildren. A visitation will be held between the hours of 6-8PM at George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South Jacksonville, FL 32216
