Harout Oymayan, 55 of Ocala, Florida passed away on June 23, 2023.Our beloved Armenian brother Harout Oymayan passed to Heaven to be with God. Harout came to Gainesville, Florida in 1987 at 19 years old, to go to college. He lived in Gainesville for the next 33 years and the last 3 years after that in Ocala, FloridaHe is survived by his two brothers, Avo of Gainesville and Garo of Canada, who loved him dearly, his uncle, aunt and cousin of Gainesville.Harout always wished for and lived a simple life. Understanding and feeling with those who are less fortunate and challenged in life.He enjoyed visiting thrift stores, Goodwill stores, pawn shops and flea markets. He loved detailing and fixing cars and messing with watches. Harout had a rough personal life and a fair share of medical conditions. He was loved by not only his family but well liked by his community and all the waitresses in restaurants as he never cooked, instead ate out every day of his life.He will be missed forever while he is in God's care.
