Mrs. Hazel "Elaine" Perry age 77 of Keystone Heights passed away Friday, February 1, 2019, at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. She was born December 29, 1941, in Morven, Georgia to Ellis and Hazel (Elliott) Newton. Mrs. Perry was not only a homemaker, she was also a retired bookkeeper and real-estate agent. She attended Cross Point Church in Keystone Heights and was a very active, creative, resourceful and loving person. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her third husband Albernard Perry. Mrs. Perry leaves behind four loving children, Wayne Hart and his wife Lilly of Labelle, Karen Osier and her husband Roger and Cindy Freed and her husband Guy all of Keystone Heights and Hayley Waterman and her husband Richard of Crownsville, Maryland; three siblings Earl Newton and Steve Newton both of Jacksonville and Gloria Driver of Mississippi. Also left behind are five precious grandchildren Zeke Osier, Robert Freed, Ulysses Freed, Jessica Waterman and Jacob Waterman; five stepchildren Allen Perry, Donna McClure, Roger Perry, Randy Perry and Trey Perry and several step grandchildren. A graveside service for Mrs. Perry will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 23, 2019, with Pastor Rick Ergle officiating and a reception will immediately follow at Mrs. Perrys home.
