Heitor Correa Sandreschi

At 12:28 am, on the 23rd of September 2021, Heitor Correa Sandreschi, aged proudly at 94 years, in the city of Gainesville FL, has left this world. Relishing a peaceful and contented life, Heitor (affectionately known by many as Vovo) was the perfect example of a gentleman. He read many books, travelled to many places, was well-spoken and educated, particularly enjoyed games of dominoes and cards, and kept his mind sharp by appreciating various kinds of sports, news, and music from around the world. All his family members feel his loss, just as a forest feels the absence of a mighty oak tree, once fallen. He was our king, advisor, confidant, friend, comedian (his witty sense of humor was the only thing lacking etiquette), and ultimately our inspiration and role model. Yet, new flowers blossom around him, as he is survived by his three children Lucila, Heitor, and Angela, as well as his dear grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Special mention to his son-in-law Pedro Valdes, who lovingly cared for Heitor for many years as if he was his own father. All funeral and memorial services shall be held privately with friends and family attending in Heitor's favorite place, the BlueBela Farm in High Springs, Florida.
