Helen Prickette Cannon of Jacksonville, FL passed away on October 16, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL at the age of 91. Helen was born in Athens, Georgia on June 12, 1933 to her parents; The Rev. Alton Clayborne Prickette and Fay Ratcliffe Prickette. Helen is survived by her loving children; Deborah C. Bundy and her husband Robert, two sons; Daniel B. Cannon, Jr. and Clay N. Cannon and his wife Cheryl and her sister; Nell Gilbert. Helen is survived by three grandchildren; Elizabeth Parnell and her husband Carl, Corey Cannon and Kenny Reynolds. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; Benny Parnell, Joseph Parnell, Sarah Parnell and Daniel Patrick Cannon. Helen was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-four years; Daniel "Pete" B. Cannon, Sr., a sister; Carolyn Pyles and a brother; Rev. Guilford Prickette. Burial will take place in Macon, Ga in the Riverside Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at the Spring Glen Methodist Church, 6007 Beach Boulevard Jacksonville, FL 32216 on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 11AM with Rev. David Jackson officiating.
