DAVIS: Funeral services for Helen Minnie Lee Davis, 77, who passed away on September 13, 2018, will be held Thursday at 12:30 PM in Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218 (Lane #1) with Pastor Perry Fruscella officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. Mrs. Davis was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was a resident of Fernandina Beach, Florida. She is the daughter of John Burley Carter Sr., and Frances Emmie Bunkley Carter. She was preceded in death by her son, Carlton "Eddie" Nazworth. Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years, James Alex Davis; Son, Eric Davis; Daughter, Julie Ann Davis; 1 sister, Vickie Robertson; 1 brother, Johnny Carter (Paula); 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren..Graveside ServiceJacksonville National CemeteryThursday, September 20, 201812:30 PM4083 Lannie RoadJacksonville, FL 32218
