Helen Loucks, 95, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013 after a short illness. Helen was born to John and Rebecca Sullens on October 15, 1917 in Salem, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Loucks, daughter, Margaret McCall and grandchildren Michael and John McCall.She is survived by her children Marian (Don) Courtney of Gainesville, David (Doris) and Charles (Linda) Loucks, both of Fort Myers. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.Helen retired from the University of Florida after a long career and remained a faithful Gator fan throughout her life.Viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 6 from noon to 1:00 p.m. at Forest Meadows Funeral Home, 725 NW 23rd Avenue, Gainesville.
