Mrs. Helen Marshall Simmons age 73, of Ocala passed away at her home on Wednesday, July 25, 2012. She was born in Winthrop, Massachusetts on May 24, 1939 to the late Jessie Joseph and Anne Mae (Love) Marshall. She was of the Presbyterian Faith and prior to her retirement she was the head nurse for the Senior Mental Health Center in Snellville. Her husband Charles James Simmons, Sr. and her five siblings had preceded her in death. Mrs. Simmons survivors include her children; Charles James Simmons, Jr. of Ocala, Stephanie OBrien and he husband Kevin of Melrose, and Rita Minor and her husband Mike of Buford, Georgia. Mrs. Simmons also leaves behind five grandchildren. There are no scheduled services. Arrangements are under the care of JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME, 340 E.
