Helen Suri

Mrs. Helen W. Suri age 102, of Keystone Heights passed away at her home Wednesday, July 20, 2016. She was born on September 4, 1913 in Germany to the late Albert and Mina (Streibe) Watzlsberger. Prior to moving to Keystone Heights in 1985, Mrs. Suri had owned and operated a plant nursery in Tampa. She was raised Catholic and enjoyed crocheting, watching birds and Horticulture. Mrs. Suri also loved all animals and until becoming blind 4 years ago she enjoyed reading books, whether it was about history or just a great novel. She was preceded in death by her husband Fred Suri in 1991. Mrs. Suris survivors are her two daughters, Jeanne Breedlove of Melrose and Althea F. Surie (Paul Mitchell) of Hawthorne and one son, Tommy Suri (Ellen) of Riverview. Also left behind are three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The family will be having a private service at a later date.
