Henry A. Keene, 88, passed away on May 31, 2017 in Bronson, FL. He was born to Ira Dell and Rosa May Keene on January 10, 1929 in Newberry, FL.He is preceded in death by his Mother, Rosa Jeffcoat Keene, Father, Ira Dell Keene, Brothers; Alvin Keene and Dell Keene and sister; Dorothy Moore.Henry is survived by his loving wife; Annie, his daughter; Brenda Dunbar, sons; Glen (Donna) Keene, Henry Jr. (Elaine) Keene, and Ira (Melissa) Keene, two sisters; Doris Barnes, and Glenda Perry, 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.Henry retired from the Army after 21 years of service at 37 years old in the year 1967. He served as a First-Class Sergeant. After Henry retired his favorite thing to do was to go camping at Yellow Jacket Camp Ground in Old Town Fl.A visitation will be held at Forest Meadows Memorial Park East, 3700 SE Hawthorne Rd.
