Herbert Max Veith

Mr. Herbert Max Veith, age 90, of Keystone Heights passed away at his home Monday, December 9, 2019. He was born August 13, 1929, to Hugo and Emily Veith in Kirchheimtech, Germany where he began his career as a printer and later moved to the United States to retire. Mr. Veith was known for always working, either in his garden or raising chickens. He was also in avid Alabama fan but most of all he loved being with his family. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a daughter Gertrude (Trudy) Vaughn. Mr. Veith leaves behind his children along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m, Saturday, January 4, 2020, at Gadara Baptist Church with Pastor Shawn House officiating.
