Mr. Herman Russell age 88, of Starke passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2013 in Shands at the University of Florida following an extended illness. Mr. Russell was born in Michigan on April 18, 1925. He attended Bethel Baptist Church, and was a retired owner/operator of an automobile body shop. He is survived by his close friend Travis Wynn of Starke. Memorial services have not been scheduled.
