Humberto "Albert" Gonzalez

Mr. Humberto S. "Albert" Gonzalez, age 74, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at his home in Starke. Mr. Gonzalez was born in Belem, Para, Brazil on August 2, 1942 to the late Affonso and Maria (Seabra) Gonzalez. Humberto was a longtime resident of Starke and a Roman Catholic. Prior to retirement he worked for the State of Florida Department of Corrections and retired from Florida State Prison. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Eduardo Gonzalez and his grandson Jeffrey Gonzalez. Survivors are, his sons: Timothy Gonzalez of Owings Mills, Maryland, Allen Gonzalez (Kim) of Brick, New Jersey and Gary Gonzalez of Kenilworth, New Jersey. He is also survived by his siblings: Waldemyra "Myra" Casas (Francisco) and Roberto Gonzalez (Rose) all of Elizabeth, New Jersey and five grandchildren.
